COLD WEATHER UNIFORM POLICY
VENDING/ PORTABLE Groups
No personal jackets may be worn unless they have a ‘Bank of America’ jacket worn over it.
Red Smocks should be worn over the ‘Bank of America’ jackets.
COLORS
:Volunteers may wear Black, Gray or White long-sleeve shirts/sweaters underneath their white T-shirt/Polo shirt. (No Other color)
HATS:
The following ARE permitted…
-Toboggan style hat (Black only- NO LOGOS) *Available for purchase on Game Day from SF&B Laundry area.
-Designated Panther hat/visor provided by SF&B or Group Name Hat
-Hood from a sweatshirt or personal jacket as long as it is worn UNDER the hood of the Bank of America jacket. If a volunteer chooses to wear a hooded jacket/sweatshirt it MUST be solid in color (Black, Gray or White).
SCARVES/ GLOVES
:Black scarves/gloves may be worn on game day but they must be solid in color (no stripes, designs, etc.)
All group members must continue to abide by all other Uniform Standards. If a group member is in violation of the uniform policy your group is subject to fines.

o Hats are not required, but if you would like to wear one it must be either a black Carolina Panthers hat (provided by SF&B for $7.50) or one advertising your organization.
o Hat must be worn on top of head with bill centered over the person's face.
Shirts
o All vending volunteers must wear a clean, solid white T-shirt or polo shirt
o Shirts must be neatly tucked into pants and the sleeves should not be rolled up.
o You may wear a White or Black long-sleeved shirt under your white shirt. Hooded Sweatshirts are ONLY permissible during cold weather and if worn under the Bank of America Stadium jacket. (If the hood of your sweatshirt is up on your head the hood from the jacket should be up as well.)
o During cold weather, Blue Bank of America Stadium jackets will be provided in your vending room. These jackets must be returned at the end of the event or your group will be charged. ( see cold weather uniform standards )
Pants
o All volunteers must wear clean Khaki or Black pants or walking-style shorts (shorts should not be more than 1 inch above the knee).
o Do not wear short shorts (daisy dukes), spandex pants, denim, or cargo-style pants
o A belt must be worn with pants that have belt loops & pants must be pulled up to the waist.
Smocks
– provided at vending station
o SF&B will provide each volunteer with a smock for the day. These smocks must be returned at the end of the event.
o A smock must be worn at all times while vending product in the bowl and on the concourse.
o Volunteers should take off the smock when taking a break or going to the restroom.
Buttons
– provided at vending station
o A vendor number button must be worn by all vending volunteers.
o All vending volunteers must wear the price button of the item they are vending.
o Buttons will be worn at all times while outside of the vending room.
o Buttons must be visible.
